What Is Enso Membership?
A Direct Primary Care Membership is a private arrangement between the clinic and the client. Similar to a gym membership, it involves signing up for a plan and paying a monthly premium that covers all basic primary care services with additional services offered at discounted rates.

They’re all the same, only differing in price by the age range of patients enrolled.

Direct Primary Care does not intend to discriminate by age, but instead to more accurately price each membership by the care a patient is projected to utilize. Younger individuals will typically require less care to maintain optimal wellness, whereas older individuals will require more. That being said, membership pricing increases slightly based on the applicant's age with the exception of Small Business Pricing, which is discounted as a package.

With Enso Membership, you will receive all basic Primary Care Services included in your plan, which will be the ones you use the most. We charge extra for additional services to cover supplemental costs to Enso in cases like ordering lab work. It might sound like a copay, but Enso makes no profit off of these services and we partner with 3rd parties to keep costs at a minimum.

That’s just it, there isn’t one! Our entire business model and personal mission is to eliminate confusion and prevent patients from being taken advantage of by their healthcare. What you see is what you will get without any hidden fees or limited coverage.

Extended visits.
Annual wellness visits and ongoing preventative care.
Chronic care management for diagnoses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or asthma.
Sick or urgent care visits.
Well woman care, including birth control consults and management. Additional lab testing might incur charges.
Well child care, including newborn care.
Though we do not stock vaccinations in the clinic, we will assist you in obtaining the appropriate vaccinations for you and your children as necessary.
Mental health consults.
Weight management consults.
Pre-operative clearance exams.
Sports physicals.

Skin lesion biopsies (may incur additional costs).
Mole or skin tag removal.
Cryotherapy for destruction of other skin lesions.
Laceration repair.
Abscess incision and drainage.
Treatment and removal of subcutaneous cysts.
Ingrown toenail removal.
Minimal charges might apply to cover the cost of supplies needed for procedures, but transparent pricing is provided prior to any procedure.
Transparent pricing for services not listed above will be provided prior to any procedure. Enso Direct Care contracts with Lab Corp to offer discounted lab tests for our members.
